How we send business correspondence

Rekindle LLC sends business-to-business correspondence to businesses we have identified individually. Every message identifies us by name, states plainly why we are writing, includes a real physical address and a working way to opt out, and uses an accurate sender address and a truthful subject line. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

We are a small business in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our outreach is researched and sent deliberately, not blasted.

What we do not do

• We do not purchase, rent, harvest, or scrape email address lists, and we do not send to addresses obtained that way.
• We do not send bulk unsolicited mail to promote our websites or domains.
• We do not forge or falsify headers, disguise the origin of our messages, or use deceptive subject lines.
• We do not send text messages to anyone who has not given us their phone number directly and consented to receive them.
• We do not continue contacting anyone who has asked us to stop.

Opting out

Reply to any message asking to be removed, or contact us using the details below. We honor removal requests immediately and permanently, across every domain we send from. We do not require a reason and we do not ask you to reconsider.

Authentication

Every domain we send from publishes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, with DMARC set to reject. Mail that fails authentication while claiming one of our domains is rejected outright, so our domains cannot be used to impersonate us.

Reporting a problem

If you believe you received a message from us that violates this policy, tell us and we will investigate. Send the full message headers to bert@rekindletext.com. We will stop any sending found to violate this policy and remove the recipient permanently.
