Who we are

Rekindle LLC is an AI-powered speed-to-lead service for local service businesses.

Text messages from Rekindle LLC are sent by us, to people who gave us their phone number directly — for example by requesting a demo on this website — about their request and about our own services. We do not send text messages to our clients' customers under this messaging program, and we do not text anyone on another business's behalf.

Text messaging program

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of requesting a demo. You may opt into marketing messages, non-marketing messages, both, or neither.

How to opt out, and how to get help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (505) 578-3395 or (505) 908-9567. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at bert@rekindletext.com.

Message frequency and rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Delivery and carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
