This policy covers information you give Rekindle LLC directly. Any text messages we send are sent by us, to people who gave us their phone number themselves, about their request and our own services — we do not text our clients' customers under this messaging program.

When you request a demo, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and website address you provide, along with the date and time of your request and whether you consented to receive text messages. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use your information

We use your information to build and deliver the demo you requested, to respond to your questions, and — only if you have given the relevant consent — to send you text messages. We do not sell your information.

Text messaging and your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text message consent is optional and is never a condition of requesting a demo or purchasing anything from us. Message frequency varies; you will receive up to 6 messages per month.
